DZHK RNA-seq data analysis portal (D-DAP)

Workshop

When: 29 June 2023, 10 am - 4 pm
Where: Online (link will be communicated to registered participants)

What: D-DAP is a data analysis web portal for the DZHK community, which hosts open public and private data sets and offers data owner centric use and access management. Our portal initially focuses on bulk RNA-seq and single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data as this type of data is well standardized, broadly available in the DZHK community and ready to be used. The portal will enable scientists of all backgrounds to analyze, visualize and integrate their data sets with the wealth of existing DZHK and other published RNA-seq data sets from human and experimental model systems. Participants will explore public data sets and have the opportunity to bring their own data, too.
