Data Catalogue

Our data catalogue contains a detailed description of the data and samples collected, including the associated metadata, in accordance with the internationally recognised FAIR principles . This makes it easier for interested scientists to  submit applications for use.

The data catalogue currently consists of twelve modules. There is a basic data set made up of 50 items (mainly made up of self-reporting from patients [anamnesis] and clinical diagnoses), which is mandatory for all DZHK studies. In addition, there are ten optional modules for recording clinical data from different cardiological examinations.  In addition, there is a module to describe the biobanking basic data set.
